My First Day

       Today was my first day of high school at John Carroll. It is very different from middle school. There is a lot more expected of you. But, there is more freedom. The best part of my day at John Carroll was finding out everyone who was in all my classes and going to practice after school. The worst part of my day at John Carroll was figuring out how to use Veracross. It can be confusing at times. Like my schedule didn't come up until later today. But, I do like my seat in human geography. I like sitting in the back. I can see the board and the front of the room from my seat. I don't like sitting in the front of the room because I am more distracted. I don't have to turn around for anything and I can focus on what is being taught in class. In conclusion, I like my seat that I was given in the back of the classroom.

Pop quiz

Today in class we took a pop quiz. We reviewed it in class and I did not do good so I will study over the weekend.  I think the highest I could get is a 60%. Monday is our test. Next week is also spirit week. Monday is Hawaiian Day. Tuesday is character day. Wednesday is black and gold day. Thursday is age day. Friday is class color day. The pep rally and powder puff game is after school on Friday. That night is the Homecoming football game against Loyola. The pop quiz was only ten points. So Im still mad i got a low score but I will study harder. I do not have a lot of homework this week so i will be able to study for the test, review my notes, and go over the blogs and material for class. It will be on latitude, longitude, time zones, site, and situation.
